ALL children MUST wear school uniform Monday-Thursday
Friday is dress casual day
NO Toys or Electronics are allowed in school.
Any of these items will be confiscated and returned at the end of the school year. NO exceptions! P.S. 142 is NOT responsible for lost electronic toys.
Check your child's folder, for letters or fliers with upcoming school events from the school or notes from the Teachers

Our School
As a barrier-free Community School site, it is our mission to
teach EVERY child to reach his or her fullest potential. We believe
in building "a sense of community" through collaborative working
relationships among parents, students, staff, and community-based
organizations. We prepare our students for the future and hold them
